ListingAI SEO — Privacy Policy

ListingAI SEO (“we”, “us”) is operated by Yamshi (Morocco). This policy explains how we handle data when you install and use our Shopify app.

Data we access

• Shop domain and OAuth access / refresh tokens (to read and update products you choose)
• Product titles, descriptions, tags, images, and prices from products you generate or update
• Optional brand-voice text and image URLs you submit
• Billing status via Shopify Billing API

We request only read_products and write_products. We do not access orders, customers, or payment methods.

How we use data

Shop credentials are used only to generate listings and to create or update products you approve. Text and product images you select may be sent to our AI provider (OpenRouter) to generate copy. We do not sell merchant or customer data. We do not use data for advertising.

Storage and retention

We store shop tokens and usage counts on our servers at listingai.yamshi.app to operate the app and enforce free-plan limits. We keep this data while the app is installed. After uninstall, we delete shop records (including tokens) via the app/uninstalled webhook.

GDPR / Shopify compliance webhooks

We support Shopify mandatory webhooks:

• customers/data_request
• customers/redact
• shop/redact
• app/uninstalled

This app does not store customer personal data. If a merchant requests deletion, email us and we will delete remaining shop records within 30 days.

• Shopify — authentication and Admin API
• Yamshi hosting (listingai.yamshi.app)
• OpenRouter — AI generation (product text/images you submit)
